Hypozo offers free calculators about renting, buying, refinancing, overpaying, energy upgrades and housing benefit in the Netherlands. The calculations run in your browser, based on what you enter and the 2026 rules.
3. No advice
The results are estimates and not financial, tax or legal advice. Make big decisions, such as buying a home or refinancing your mortgage, together with a certified advisor.
4. Accuracy
We check the amounts against official sources, but rules change and mistakes can happen. We do not guarantee that all information is always complete and up to date.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hypozo is not liable for any loss arising from relying on a calculation or text on this site.
6. Fair use
You will not use the site to disrupt it, to query it automatically in bulk or to copy its content without permission.

We may change the calculators and these terms. The version on this page applies.
